Be in the NODE
The NODE center will serve as a hub for a community of HSI-STEM researchers and practitioners focused on advancing knowledge, policy, and practice related to STEM equity. It will be a centralized resource for staying up to date on emerging information about HSI STEM projects. The center will host ongoing outreach activities such as trainings, webinars, and workshops, all aimed at supporting the evaluation efforts of NSF-HSI program grantees.

Our work is closely connected to the participation of current and potential NSF-HSI grantees. The grantees' involvement will speak to the success of NODE and our efforts to assess STEM education's current state and future in a way that reflects institutional diversity.

Be in the NODE, by being in the know.

NODE Coffee Chats

Join our Coffee Chats to learn about evaluation in HSIs. Coffee Chats are monthly online meetings, less formal than a webinar, where we delve into a topic, engage in conversation, share experiences, problem-solve together, and network.  Bring your questions and stories. We look forward to learning from you.

Our next coffee chat is on April 2 at 1pm MT. We will talk about what to consider when you are looking for an evaluator and what to expect from PI-evaluator relationships.
